Here’s the smart move: find someone who specializes in what you’re not great at. Let them focus 100% of their energy on being exceptional at that area, while you focus on being exceptional at yours. One person trying to do everything ends up being okay at a lot of things, instead of being truly extraordinary at one thing.

Trust me — teams win. Even the best growers need a strong crew.
