Cannabis Hall Of Fame
Tokalotapot & Cannafae: The Couple That Made Weed Legal (Not Really, But It Feels Like It)
The Plug’s Pages Cannabis Hall of Fame
By Seymour Buds – High on Life, High on Deadlines
Listen up, buds. Every once in a while, someone in the cannabis community goes so hard for the culture that the entire 518 has to stop what they’re doing, put down their lighters, and say, “Alright, this dude’s the real deal.” That’s exactly why Shane “Tokalotapot” Shultis and his partner Cannafae are being inducted into The Plug’s Pages Cannabis Hall of Fame.
This isn’t just a gold star or a participation trophy. Nah. Getting into the Hall of Fame means you’ve done enough for weed that if cannabis had a Mount Olympus, you’d have a reserved parking spot next to Sativa and Indica.
⸻
Meet Toke — the Plant Master
Toke isn’t a weekend warrior grower with a single sad houseplant sitting under a desk lamp. No — this guy is the Plant Master at Lazy Day Farm, Greene County’s first legal microbusiness. The man literally helps run a farm where cannabis grows so perfectly it should be in a museum with a velvet rope around it.
He’s been smoking for 30 years, growing for 26, and breeding for a decade — which means he’s been perfecting cannabis genetics since half of you were still trying to figure out which end of the blunt to light. He created Shanenanagens, Inshane, and Shnittlz — strains so dialed-in that you could smoke them, forget your own birthday, and still feel like it was the best party you ever had.
⸻
Community Is the Real Product
Yeah, the weed’s great. But Toke’s real secret sauce? Community. This guy has turned growing weed into a social movement. He runs groups like 518Canna Let It Grow and Cannabiskulture, where growers actually help each other instead of just flexing on Instagram.
He’s thrown cannabis cups at his house, created 5/18 Day to celebrate the area code, and is basically one barbecue away from declaring himself Mayor of Weedtown. People show up to his events with seeds, clones, and snacks like it’s a potluck — except instead of a casserole, you leave with a bag of genetics and a new grow buddy.
⸻
Enter Cannafae – The Queen of Green
Every great grower needs a partner who matches their energy, and Cannafae is exactly that. She brings style, creativity, and enough charisma to make a grow tent feel like a runway show. Together, they’re like the Jay and Silent Bob of the 518, if Silent Bob was actually really good at growing weed and Jay was secretly running the whole operation.
⸻
Legalization = Game On
When cannabis went legal, Toke didn’t just step out of the shadows — he moonwalked out with a tray of freshly rolled joints. He started collaborating with businesses, holding events, and building bridges faster than a stoner finds snacks after a dab hit.
Science started catching up, genetics got better, and suddenly everybody from college kids to grandmas was hitting him up asking, “Hey, you got anything for back pain?”
⸻
Collabs & Clout
And let’s talk collaborations, because Tokalotapot doesn’t work alone. He’s linked up with Goats of Glass, Lazy Day Farm, Jollyapple seed, R&K Garden, Madame Jane’s — and yes, even the one and only OG Strain from Strain’s Strain Reviews (Talk Cannabis).
When those two team up, the sesh level goes from “casual smoke” to “call NASA, we’re leaving orbit.”
⸻
Challenges? Yeah, He’s Had a Few
Banking? Nightmare. Marketing? Tightrope walk. Laws? They change more often than your favorite dispensary menu. But Toke just keeps rolling — literally. You can’t keep a man down who has spent ten years perfecting genetics that could probably make Beethoven hear music again.
⸻
Why He’s in the Hall
Here’s why this matters: Tokalotapot and Cannafae aren’t just growing weed — they’re growing a scene. They’re building the kind of cannabis culture where people support each other instead of gatekeeping, where growers share clones like mixtapes, and where the love for the plant comes first.
That’s why we’re inducting them into The Plug’s Pages Cannabis Hall of Fame. They’ve put in the work, the time, the passion — and frankly, if we didn’t honor them, the weed gods would probably smite us with a harvest full of hermies.

Closing Hit
So here it is: Tokalotapot and Cannafae are officially Cannabis Hall of Famers. They’ve earned their spot in the pages of history (and in The Plug’s Pages), and their work proves one thing — the future of cannabis is in good, sticky, resin-covered hands.
Now go light one in their honor.
