The Plug’s Pages Magazine has always been known as the best cannabis magazine in the country — a trusted source for information, education, entertainment, humor, and promotion within the cannabis community. We’ve built our reputation by spotlighting the most respected cultivators, creators, and connoisseurs in the game.

But now, we’re adding a new responsibility to our mission — one that protects the very people who make this community thrive. From this point forward, The Plug’s Pages is officially stepping up as the Cannabis Police.

Why the Cannabis Community Needs Protection

If you’ve spent any time on Facebook or elsewhere online, you’ve probably seen it: countless “companies” and profiles claiming to sell THC products through the mail. Many of them are slick with their photos, polished with their language, and convincing with their promises.

But here’s the truth — while some of these sellers are legitimate, many — if not most — are scammers. Every day, inboxes are flooded with messages from people asking for money in exchange for THC products they’ll never actually send. It’s a growing problem, and it’s hurting honest cannabis businesses and consumers alike.

Taking a Stand Against Online Cannabis Scams

Through our work in this industry, The Plug’s Pages team is in a unique position to identify, uncover, and expose these fraudulent operations. We see who’s real and who’s not — and we’re using that insight to protect our readers, followers, and supporters.

We want our 420 family to know this:
From now on, we will actively call out and expose any verified scams or fraudulent companies operating online.

Both Herb Greenstein and Seymour Buds will be personally involved in this effort. Keep an eye on Seymour Buds’ Facebook page, where these scam alerts will be posted publicly as they are uncovered.

If you suspect you’ve been contacted by a scammer, or if you come across a company that feels suspicious, report it directly to us through Messenger at Seymour Buds’ account. We take these reports seriously, and every tip helps protect the community.

Protecting the 420 Family

Here’s our advice to everyone reading:
If you discover that you’re following or are friends with someone online who’s running one of these scams, delete and block them immediately. Keeping them in your network only gives them more credibility — and it puts your friends and followers at risk.

The cannabis industry has worked too hard to build credibility, community, and compassion to let scammers tarnish it. The Plug’s Pages refuses to sit back and let that happen.

Our Promise

We promise to continue bringing you the best of the cannabis world — from top-tier brands and innovators to honest growers and creators who represent what this culture is truly about. But now, we’re also promising to be your first line of defense against online fraud.

We’re proud to entertain, educate, and elevate the cannabis community — and now, we’re proud to protect it too.

Stay safe. Stay informed. Stay plugged in.
